Sheryl, You need to contact foodservice rewards and tell them the problem...If you get your supplier to do a tracking on this problem they will be able to figure out which cases you have misses points on...i had a problem with kraft dressings and they were able to give me the points i missed...all 5000 of them!!! Just have your distibuter do a tracking on the item number and then talk to foodservice rewards in the contact us window...live online or just email them the info your dist. gets for you...

I work in a nursing home and we go through so much hot chocolate every week, they drink it like water, i mean we buy two cases a week. But we never have the rewards points on the boxes dose anyone else have that problem ??????

Check out this article on designing dining rooms. According to foodservicedirector.com, one of the most important things to consider is how the space is going to be used. Make sure to take into account the customer culture when designing the space and determining seating arrangements.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we started a new group for Certified Dietary Managers (CDM), CDM's in training, members of the Dietary Managers Association or anyone interested in the program at all. Please feel free to join regardless. I would love to have as many members as possible in the group. I think it would be a great resource to everyone who is a decision maker in healthcare foodservice.
