I own Botto's Italian Line Restaurant in Swedesboro NJ. My family also owns Botto's Italian Sausage which you can purchase from US Foods in the Philadelphia MArket or BJs Wholesale Club up and down the East coast.

I found this article about food trucks. It mainly focuses on restaurants that are attempting to take their business mobile, but it's a good sense check for those who have already took to the streets.

We introduced bottled stella beer 3 years ago in the restaurant. It did not do well. When we switched it to a tap beer, it out sold Bass and Samuel Adams on tap. I feel it is a good beer to be put on tap especially on the west coast.

I would say that it is definitely better in the bottle, that's just me personally though. It is a good beer but not one that is going to drum up business just because you offer it. I do know a lot of the sorority girls at the college campuses tend to enjoy them based on a slight "trendy" factor.

Hi to all ye ole rum drinkers and bar consortium!
I am seeking some knowledge, what is your assessment of Stella beer? is it:
1) Trendy but good
2) Better in the bottle vs. the draft
3) To expensive for these hard times
4) Who cares if it’s expensive they get hammered and don't have to think.
5) I have it but it does not move.
