I like to think of myself as being pretty open-minded when it comes to trying different foods. However, after I studied abroad I found myself to be much more surprised by different ethnic cuisines. What about you? Here are a few examples:

None for me, thanks! I recently watched a clip of Andrew Zimmern eating rotten shark in Iceland. It made me wonder how the first person discovered that if you take a poisonous shark and let it rot for 6 months, you can actually eat it. To each their own!

To each his own!!!

How about some fried bat?

When I went through Culinary school we were encouraged to try EVERYTHING.  And we had some strange stuff in some of my classes.  The only thing I cant eat is bugs, anything else I will try at least once.   I have tried most of the organ meats, strange fish and wildlife without any issues, just cant get around the things with more than 4 legs.

maybe, If you dipped it in chocolate.
Chocolate makes MOST things better, but I'm still going to have to pass. :)
OH! nonononononononono.....NO!!  unless there's a 10 million dollar guarenteed prize involved! NO!  ;-P

I like to think that I'll try anything...as long as it's cooked.  After looking at some of things people eat around the world, I'll have to add a disclaimer.
