I like to think of myself as being pretty open-minded when it comes to trying different foods. However, after I studied abroad I found myself to be much more surprised by different ethnic cuisines. What about you? Here are a few examples:

Permalink Reply by FlChef on December 30, 2010 at 7:34am When I went through Culinary school we were encouraged to try EVERYTHING. And we had some strange stuff in some of my classes. The only thing I cant eat is bugs, anything else I will try at least once. I have tried most of the organ meats, strange fish and wildlife without any issues, just cant get around the things with more than 4 legs.

Permalink Reply by Aaron Thompson on January 6, 2011 at 8:24am I like to think that I'll try anything...as long as it's cooked. After looking at some of things people eat around the world, I'll have to add a disclaimer.
