Why would a food manufacturing company want to invest in a mobile food truck?
M.O.E. (Mobile Oil Experts), isn't your typical mobile food operation, but rather a unique twist on how this trend has grown and evolved. We created M.O.E to travel around the US to promote our healthier, zero grams trans fat per serving frying oils and trans fat free shortening for bakeries with our key customers - restaurants, bakeries and other food manufacturers.

Unique equipment and green fuel
Think the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile of the future. M.O.E. is state of the art, equipped with a custom 8-pot Frymaster Protector deep fryer, built-in filtration system and, perhaps most impressive, a biodiesel engine that runs off of used fryer oil, all supported by our charismatic culinary backbone, Chef Adam Moore. In addition to being one of the few green-fueled food trucks in the country with an 8-pot, 60+ gallon fryer, M.O.E also boasts over 15 cubic feet of freezer and refrigerator storage, a 24" x 24" griddle, two commercial gas 16" burners, a commercial convection oven, complete ventilation and fire suppression systems and a custom bulk oil system. To top it all off, our mobile food truck is outfitted with web cams, a speaker system, a flat screen display and more. M.O.E is truly an exciting undertaking for Bunge Oils!

M.O.E. will be just outside of the NRA Show (corner of Cermak (22nd) and Prairie, one block West of the Hyatt) on May 24th and 25th! See you there!
